Extended idler for the GTS 10XC rip fence

In order to improve the stability of the Bosch GTS 10xc stop, we have developed a follower extension. This ensures that heavier milling stops installed on the parallel fence do not tip over.

Product description:

The follower extension is a specially developed additional part for the Bosch GTS 10xc rip fence with heavy milling fence. This ensures the necessary stability for smooth gliding over the table of your circular saw. Thanks to valuable community feedback, this extension was created Roller carriage conversion kit Perfectly complemented. As already known, the roller slide conversion kit increases the precision of your rip fence. This precision is now also transferred to your built-in milling stop with the follower extension.

Setting the extended follower:

It is important to note that the original 3-point bearing of the rip fence conversion kit is converted to a 4-point bearing by the extended idler. To prevent tipping, the follower must be adjusted so that both ball bearing points (large and small ball bearings) rest on the profile. The adjustment is made using a hexagon socket screw, which requires a hexagon wrench with a width of 2.5 mm.

Included in delivery:

-1x follower (3x ball bearing) incl. mounting screw

A 3mm hex wrench and a 7mm open-end wrench are required for assembly. To then adjust the follower, a 2.5mm hex key is required.

The follower extensions fit the Bosch GTS 10xc table saw.
