When sawing, most of the fine dust is created directly on the saw blade - this is exactly where this extraction hood comes into play. Thanks to the targeted air flow, the air flow generated by the rotating blade is used to direct dust and chips directly into the extraction system. The result: significantly less dust in the ambient air, on surfaces, tools or your clothing.

More than just suction – targeted air flow for maximum effect. The rotating circular saw creates a natural air flow - this is exactly what we use specifically: our hood directs the air vortex directly to the extraction system. This is how the dust becomes captured where it originates, even before it pollutes the air.

We set it up consciously high-quality, scratch-resistant acrylic glass (Plexiglass XT). This means you can still see the saw blade even after long periods of use clear and undistorted – for precise and safe work with every cut.

The approach slope at the front ensures that the hood opens when the workpiece is pushed forward automatically raises – without any manual readjustment. Thanks to the well thought-out design, the hood stays in place even during the cut constantly in contact with the workpiece. This means that the dust is reliably captured where it arises - without open spaces or uncontrolled escapes.

NARROW BUILT. CLOSE TO IT. SAW MORE PRECISELY. The compact design of the hood ensures that the rip fence can be guided as close as possible to the saw blade. This enables precise cuts on narrow material - without having to forego protection or suction. More control, more flexibility – ideal for fine or repeatable work.

With the XTS 10XC, you get the feeling the development engineers were either completely drunk when they designed the dust extraction system or desperately wanted to win the prize for the world's dustiest table saw. The factory solution is abysmal, and I've regretted the purchase several times already. Fused 3D offers a range of accessories, including this dust hood, which effectively addresses this design flaw. By sealing the top and bottom (with the dust hood) and connecting a good dust extractor, you actually achieve a result that's quite impressive, and you can finally enjoy using your Bosch table saw. I highly recommend this accessory; it fits perfectly and is of truly excellent quality. So, from my perspective, everything is perfect, and I would buy it again in a heartbeat.

I'm satisfied; it fits very well initially, and the dust extraction is good, definitely much better than without it. You can't get all the dust out anyway. It's a saw, after all. Of course, it also depends on the suction power of the vacuum cleaner and the hose diameter. The seal on the lower dust port of the Bosch GTS10 is crucial for the blade extraction to work properly.
